The apartment is across the street from Lake Wawasee in a quiet neighborhood close to town and all of the points of interest. Bursting with accommodations, this apartment over the garage includes: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, balcony, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, kayaks, bikes, plenty of parking (including space for one car in the garage), a pier space to park a boat, tons of green space for yard games, close to the trail for a nice walk or bike ride, very sandy swimming area, and the list goes on. You can't help but make memories here!!!

Excellent property

This property was comfortable, immaculate and had anything you would need. We enjoyed sitting out by the lake and traveling around the area. We were only there for two whole days but would come back for a longer stay in a heartbeat.
