Here you can expect a cozy, quiet apartment for two to five people, in 29690 Buchholz / Aller district Marklendorf, which is only about 30 minutes drive from the Hannover Exhibition Center. 





The apartment is located on the top floor and is accessible via an outside staircase. It is 80 square meters and has two bedrooms, the second bedroom is committing a space-saving staircase in the living room. Both bedrooms have 2x2m on a double bed. Also a travel cot for our younger guests is available. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and offers one more sleeping accommodation. For entertainment, a TV with satellite connection is available. Also internet is available.  The kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, electric stove with oven and fridge freezer. For the income of the meals a dining room is available. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.





A balcony with garden furniture and umbrella belongs to the apartment. Outside there is a sitting area with garden furniture and barbecue and for the children a climbing tower with swing and slide and a trampoline.  





Marklendorf is a small community in the Lüneburg Heath, which lies on the river Aller and where even agriculture is today. Around the village is still a lot of forest, which is ideal for long relaxing walks and hikes in the heath of the clean air. Guided bike tours are offered by the tourist office. Numerous recreational parks (Soltau: Heide Park, Hodenhagen Serengeti-Park, World Bird Park Walsrode, Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park, Bispingen Ralf Schumacher Kart & Bowl, Bispingen Snow Dome, Film Animal Park Eschede, Hankensbüttel Otter Center, Walsrode Forest 4 Fun - climbing forest, Verden Magic Park, Hannover Zoo) you can already reach over 15 km away. In just two km distance there is a large bakery with a cafe and a fast food restaurant. Larger shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, doctors, station, tourist office and recreational facilities (swimming pool, mini golf, library, bike rental, fitness centers) are located in the village Schwarmstedt, which is only six kilometers away. Families with children are welcome.
