Welcome to our beautiful Deluxe-Living Residence near all the excitements and convenience of Coachella Valley/Palm Desert Area. Our home is centrally located near I10-Hwy and Empire Polo Club for the best experience possible.

Our Residence include King Size Posturepedic Memory Mattress, Beautiful Oasis Pool/Spa, Private Residential Living and the essential convenience for your complete stay.

Space has 2 Sofa Beds (Queen Mattress) with 55in Smart Roku TV. TV is connected to Hulu-TV Streaming Services with HBO, Showtime and Starz Subscriptions.

2. Game/Lounge Room
Space include 1 Sofabed (Queen Mattress) with 45in Smart Roku TV. TV is connected to Hulu-TV Live Streaming including HBO, Showtime and Starz Subscriptions services. 2 Retro Game Consoles including (PAC-MAN, NES Mario Bros... and much more)

Extended Dining:
Our Dining Area including seating for 10 guests with extended benches and chairs for additional setting. Dinnerware and Glassware always available for every special occasion.

Family Kitchen:
Kitchen includes Oven, Stove, Refrigerator, Freezer, Toaster, Crackpot, Blender, Coffee Maker and Basic Cookware with Pots and Pans. Dual Sink areas and extended pantry storage for drawers for your cooking needs. (Basic Salt, Peppers and Seasonal Seasonings are provided complimentary)

Morning Coffee/Tea
- Complimentary Coffee/Tea Station with Ground Coffee, Sugars, Sweetners and Individual Creamers are provided for every stay. Seasonal Teas are available for Non- Caffeine Options.

Tranquility Pool and BBQ Patio:
Our 15,000 Gallon Salt Water Pool and Spa is available ALL-YEAR SEASON. Our BBQ is available 1 LP Tank during the stay. Gas Fire Pit and Lounge Seating is available for everyone's comfort.
Pool Heating Optional: $150 per day Pool Heating Service is available with 48hr Notice and Pre-Approval.

Garage Parking/Driveway
Complimentary and Private Attached Garage is available for 2 compact vehicles. Driveway is available 2 larger vehicles or Camp Trailer Parking. (No Public Street Parking is available as Street Cleaning is scheduled)

Overpriced property

The house was clean, although not completely furnished (a lot of mostly little things missing.) But the pool was not clean when we arrived and was never cleaned. A guy came the day before we left (9 days) but we told him to come after we left. We did not appreciate that there was a camera on the hot tub, felt intrusive. The property is advertised for up to 20 people, but there are only two bathrooms??? The one factor that I must praise is the host, Remiro Cerda. He was very responsive, and the things we needed he would have delivered within a few hours. The house was missing so many things in a typical VRBO, I assume it is a new rental. The neighborhood was ok, but not good for biking and I had asked that ahead of time. Only biking within the subdivision, so very limited and boring, in a region that has great biking. We have been renting in the area for six years now, and felt this property was overpriced, but we were late renting this year so took what we could. Would not go back to this property.

Would stay here again!

This place was awesome! The entire family especially loved the level of care the hosts put into our stay. My sisters even said that in all the places we’ve stayed, they have never felt so welcomed. We booked this place to celebrate Thanksgiving a little early as a big family. There were 11 of us. Our parents , my grown up sisters and our families. The house was big enough for each person to sleep on a bed without having to use the sleeper sofa. The house was clean and well maintained. We had a bit of a small problem we encountered but as soon as I let the host know, he fixed the problem which made us happy to have stayed there. We left our visit saying we should definitely stay here again. We recommend this place!
