Dormagen - Stürzelberg is conveniently located on the B9, not far from the A46 and A57. For Fair to Dusseldorf there is about 19 km, the Cologne exhibition center about 29 km. A bus stop for the local bus is located directly next to the house, the stations in Dormagen and Nievenheim be approached regularly. The ferry Niederrhein, from Zons to Dusseldorf Urdenbach is only about 3 km away. 





Parking is available in sufficient numbers right outside the door, loading and unloading is possible in the driveway.







The maritime Schwalbennest has an area of ​​about 45 square meters and is located on the first floor. It offers a bathroom with bath and full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. A selection of jam, tea, coffee and cold drinks is available free of charge.



In the living room is next to a stove, a comfortable couch and the modern flat screen televisions. The couch can also be used as a sofa bed and thus serves as a further alternative sleeping place.



The adjoining bedroom has a king size bed and spacious wardrobe. On the south-west terrace next to the house, the sunny days can enjoy. A fast Internet access via WLAN is of course available free of charge to all tenants of the Schwalbennest.



Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. The complete object is at your disposal for the stated price!  We are looking forward to your visit!







Dogs can be brought on request. There already lives a friendly Labrador "Elvis" on the property.
Smoking in the house is not permitted, ashtrays are available in the garden and on the terrace.





The minimum stay is three days.
