JUST a 4 minute walk to the beach, OR enjoy the heated pool surrounded by glass panes. This helps keep the heat in during the colder months. This cozy, beachy condo is decorated in fun colors- keeping it relaxing and fun. All the comforts of home at your fingertips. Furnished with your needs for a great stay. This condo is cleaned, and ALL linens are cleaned and sanitized. ENCLUDING Blankets /Pillows!!This condo will sleep up to 3 adults and 1 infant. Bedroom has a king size bed with full dresser and nightstand, even a walk-in closet., also TV with Ruku. Roll around bed for third person as well as a pack play for babies ages up to 3. This condo is located on the bottom floor, so No hauling your things up and down three flights of stairs. (The building itself has a three-step porch. (There are no elevators for the above floors.) The complex has the best and the most amenities of ANY COMPLEX here on this island!! So, if it rains you still can-do things such as work out in the Full gym or relax in the inside sauna! Let's don't forget the BEACH! You can hear and smell the water you so close. The condo is located in the center of the complex, pool, hot tub, gym, sauna and more! Just steps away. The condo is well furnished!
Full size washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave for those fast heat ups. Blender, pots pans, some bakeware's, spices, utensils, hand towels and trash bags, waffle maker and so much more! Dish soap for sink or dishwasher, dishes and baggies for leftovers. Ice bin will be filled high so when you arrive-make a drink you're on vacation now! Coffee maker and filters provided as well as some coffee, creamer, sugar.
Full size couch as well as a oversized loveseat. Dining table with 4 chairs-2 bar stools at the counter. Or take it outside on the porch-sit and relax have your cup of joe. Heading to the beach-couple beach chairs in the closet as well as canopy, rake, cooler! (Please rinse off beach gear at car wash on sit, after each use. Pets have a outside shower locate at the car wash station, so please before returning to your slice of heaven.) There is a roll around bed in the closet supplied with linens (ck the coBeach Towels on the bottom shelf-not the matching towels. Beach does require beach pass if you plan to drive and park. You can purchase at Stripes the corner store. Valid for a year (caught without $175 ticket!!) After a long hot day at the beach, you'll be glad to shower in a large walk-in shower (it's amazing) the shower turns colors. . When its red water will be hot-it also gets very hot!! There is basic cable with Ruku in living room and bedroom!, Internet password will be in pink notebook.
Tired of the beach, want to go shopping? Some good restaurants on island as well. (Most are family friendly with Happy Hours keeping the adults in mind. too. Live music is generally taking place Fri-Sun at the restaurants, kind karaoke going on too! Most restaurants on island allow pets on leash inside if behaves. Or, have a nice dinner on the waterfront-only 5 minutes away. We have that too; you can enjoy shopping for souvenir's or playing putt putt. If you get hurt no worries-island has emergency care. ALWAYS KNOW WHAT MARKER # YOUR AT! In case something does happen-when you call or get help-they can find you! Time will matter.
Couple adult bars as well as family friendly outdoor bar/restaurants. Convenience stores, small grocery store, banking and emergency clinics. Enjoy the sun coming up on your own porch with a cup of coffee. A lot of changes happening on the island. Canals are being built so you can walk to all the new businesses, activities. They are coming- summer going to have a lot more to do around here. You'll have stuff to do in all directions. Can fish right here on the little fishing dock or one little block away can fish at the beach. Bar b Que grills are provided here as well as a car wash, station with your key card. So, with all this going on here-WHY look for anything else? See you soon! Some movies, games, puzzles, books should be in the end table.
****MOST Condos her are ran by property management. Which means if you have a problem, can only report it on M-F when their office is open! They also ONLY supply what they call a starter pack for you: Contains 1 bath towel per person for the duration of your stay! You will get 1 trash bag and 1 dishwasher pod and 1 roll of toilet paper! The REST IS ALL ON YOU!!

** Beach pass to park on beach $12 at Strips on corner(convient store) expires 12/31 2023.--or walk on free... or drive 2 miles to marker 252 (Kleberg county) Free parking.

*** This condo- I am always nearby and can be reached via phone at ANY time! The condo is pretty well stocked for your stay:
wiill have minimum of 6 bath towels, car wash towels, 2 beach towels. 3 rolls of toilet paper, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, lotion! Waffler maker, blender, wine opener- full dishes and cooking utensils. At least 3 trash bags and dishwasher pods. Coffee and sugar, roll of paper towels. pot holders and soooo much more.

So if you want to spend more money to purchase all your needs before or when you get here book with a condo than is maintained by Property Management company (that knows nothing about condo our staying in) OR from me where I supply you a lot more than anyone around!! DID I mention outside closet has beach gear you can use!! Please rinse after each use at carwash on site!!! You will have a great vacation if you choose to stay here!
