Cozy, comfortable, and close to the beach, Sea Time 407S makes a wonderful home base for your Ocean City vacation.

Here in the south building at Sea Time, you'll be across the road from the sand and surf and less than a block from Coastal Highway and its countless restaurants, beachy eateries, shops, mini-golf courses, and other attractions. Northside Park, the 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, and walking and jogging paths, is only three-quarters of a mile south as well.

Inside this condo, you'll find central air conditioning, comfortable furnishings, and a washer/dryer to refresh your wardrobe and swimsuits when needed. You'll also have a private patio where you can bring your coffee each morning and a community outdoor pool to welcome you home from the beach in the afternoons.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at the condo. It's clean and has everything we need. It's a small 1 bedroom condo, but since we didn't spend a lot of time inside, the space was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully functional and well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans and utensils which made cooking very easy. There were some beach toys and chairs that we took to the beach daily. The beach (1 min walk), mini golf, ally oof arcade, and many restaurants are within 5 min walking distance of the condo. We highly recommend this place and would come back again!

Not perfect, but good enough

For the value, this was an excellent. Enough space and close to the beach. Pool hours are limited but appreciate the access. Don't let the older appearance scare you off, it's comfortable. Beds were rated comfortable (main) and ok(twin). Kitchen has a weird layout, but stocked we'll with pots/containers. I did report the issues with WIFI (very slow, wifi heavy groups would hate it) and microwave (6+ mins to heat microwave popcorn vs. standard 1.5). Overall, we would stay again at that price point.

Stay at Seatime

This condo was so pleasant! We weren’t sure what we would find since there aren’t any in-depth reviews but this place is a diamond in the rough. We stayed from 7/31/22-8/5/22 and this is the information we think is helpful for any potential vacationers. -This condo is not updated. It’s very comfortable and has all the amenities you will need but if you want something that looks new, this probably won’t be your place. -The condo was very clean when we arrived. It was our experience with Vacasa that check in time is strictly at 4 PM, unless you receive a text from them that specifically says you’re able to check in early. Plan for 4pm so you don’t end up with hours to kill before you’re able to get in. -There is a Food Lion grocery store on 118th so you don’t have to leave OC/go far to get food and supplies. -The condo is located in a great area. The street behind the building is almost a mile long and low traffic, great for walking/running in the morning or evening. Quiet neighborhood. -The beach access is less than a block away. Not too far to carry all your beach gear. The condo building also has a rinse-off spot so you can get all the sand off before you go back up. Plan to get your beach spot around 8am so you get closest to the water. The sand fills up fast! -The building has two elevators. It’s a very quiet building as there are some condo owners and some of the units are timeshares. We met some very nice people who live permanently in the building. -The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, plates, cups, mugs, pans, baking dishes, silverware, etc. All appliances were functional and clean. -The wifi is a bit spotty. -Vacasa leaves you a hospitality bag with a small bottle of dish soap, two laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, two rolls of TP, a sponge, a couple of trash bags, and some hotel-size shampoos and conditioners. -The bathroom has towels and washcloths. The beds all had pillows, sheets, and there is a closet that had more pillows and some blankets. You shouldn’t have to bring any linens. -The beach isn’t the greatest for seashells. You’ll do best at low tide from what we were told. Since they rake good portions of the beach there are a lot of broken shell pieces and with high tourist volume the sand is just trampled. -There are a few beach chairs and some beach toys for use in the closet on the balcony. The chairs were great as we only had to rent an umbrella down on the beach (one day is $13, 3 days is $26
