Kings Grant townhomes are located bayfront on the bayside of Coastal Highway between South Bethany and Fenwick Island. Enjoy the views from the decks and capture the sunsets in this picturesque natural setting. Access to the ocean is just across the highway or enjoy the bayside pool. No pets please. Exterior on buildings recently renovated.

This bayfront townhouse has a lot to offer. Level one is the living area level and has a den, powder room, laundry closet, living, dining, kitchen area with a screened porch and deck that offers spectacular sunsets over the bay! Level two has a primary bedroom with a private bayfront balcony, primary bathroom with double vanity and another bedroom with a hall bathroom and sitting area with views out to the ocean. Level three is a loft style bedroom and bathroom. The townhouse is full of interesting original artwork! Owner offers Netflix.

OVERSIZED VEHICLES PROHIBTED. WALKWAYS TO BEACH LOCATED BETWEEN UNITS # 8-9 AND #22-23. PARKING FOR 2 CARS ONLY ON PROPERTY ON PREMISES. A PERMIT IS REQUIRED BUT DOES NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. POOL CLOSES MID-LATE SEPTEMBER.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS PLEASE.

Looks spacious and bright - it's not!
To say I was was disappointed would be an understatement. The pictures show a spacious, bright living/dining room. It's not! It's claustrophobic with furniture and WAY too many beach tchotchkes, magazines etc. The screened-in porch hides a good bit of the sun and, since you can't keep the entry door open (the storm door is broken and the screen is ripped letting in flies, hence the multiple fly swatters), there's no light from that end. The bedrooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures, as well. The kitchen and bathrooms look like they've never been updated! There is owner property crammed to the top in closets, the kitchen cabinets and the pantry, leaving one pantry shelf for our family open (with one of the fly swatters on it) to house a week's worth on not refrigerator food. While the refrigerator was empty (if you ignore the large quantity of condiments dropped into the bottom crisper drawer with blue painter's tape across it stating that it was the owners), a crisper drawer was broken along with the water dispenser complete with blue painter's tape stating such. The TEN-DIGIT security code on the door was described as "very, very sensitive" by the VACASA support person on the phone when it kept timing out as I had not had the time to memorize it (first day) to the point that they sent out someone (very helpful) who agreed that these locks caused problems for many renters to the point that I was not the first, nor the last, person he was helping that day.

Disappointing
Townhouse is in desperate need of renovation. There is way too much unnecessary furniture and knickknacks all around. This probably affected the quality of the housekeeping service, which was poor.
