Enjoy the views from the decks and capture the sunsets in this picturesque natural setting. Access to the ocean is just across the highway or enjoy the bayside pool. No pets please. This bayfront townhouse has a lot to offer. Level one is the living area level and has a den, powder room, laundry closet, living, dining, kitchen area with a screened porch and deck that offers spectacular sunsets over the bay! Level two has a primary bedroom with a private bayfront balcony, primary bathroom with double vanity and another bedroom with a hall bathroom and sitting area with views out to the ocean. Level three is a loft style bedroom and bathroom. The townhouse is full of interesting original artwork! Owner offers Netflix.

OVERSIZED VEHICLES PROHIBTED. WALKWAYS TO BEACH LOCATED BETWEEN UNITS # 8-9 AND #22-23. PARKING FOR 2 CARS ONLY ON PROPERTY ON PREMISES. A PERMIT IS REQUIRED BUT DOES NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. POOL CLOSES MID-LATE SEPTEMBER.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
