From this well-equipped condo at Four Seasons in North Ocean City, you can easily walk down the ocean block to the beach. You'll be only a mile south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Delaware state line, and even closer to putt-putt courses and other family-friendly attractions.

After a day spent beachcombing, swimming, or sunbathing, you'll be welcomed back by central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer to ring out your swimsuits, and an outdoor balcony off the living room. When you're not out and about strolling to the many nearby restaurants, eateries, and attractions that await on Coastal Highway, you'll have a full kitchen to assist in preparing homemade meals. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV using your own accounts at the end of another fun-filled day (no cable).

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
