Located in the beautiful NatureWalk community two miles east of the heart of Seaside, this vacation home is the perfect retreat. Open-concept living and a large screened porch offer impeccable flow for your stay, while activities for all ages surround the house.

NatureWalk's 'Gathering Place' features two pools (a zero-entry, resort-style pool and a heated lap pool), a hot tub, a children's splash pool and playground, an entertainment bar, a firepit, outdoor grills, and hammocks. Enjoy community bike trails, pickleball courts, and more! Located near the Gathering Place is the Lilly Lane Beach Trail, where NatureWalk guests can enjoy a private nature path to the beach. Bike serenely through the nature preserves to the San Juan Avenue public beach access in about a mile, and find eight additional beach access points within 2.5 miles, accessible by bike, car, or golf cart (four adult bikes and a six-seater golf cart are available for guest use). The community is also adjacent to Point Washington State Forest, which features 27 miles of hiking and biking trails.

Inside, you'll find a large, fully equipped kitchen, a custom coffee bar with a wine fridge, and a gorgeous living/dining area leading out to the spacious screened porch. A small dining table, lounge chairs, and a porch swing make this a perfect spot for relaxing or dining al fresco while overlooking the pond. Another private porch is located upstairs off the second primary bedroom.

The lower level features a beautifully decorated primary suite with an en suite bathroom, including a garden tub and a glass walk-in shower. There is also a half-bath just outside for convenience from the living area. You'll find an additional living space and the three remaining bedrooms below the open living area and up the stairs. The living space provides a queen pull-out couch, and the first bedroom has a custom triple bunk that's ideal for kids. The shared bathroom is just around the corner and next to the second bedroom with a queen bed. The final upstairs bedroom is the home's second primary suite. This spacious room has an upscale four-poster bed, a sitting area, and a private well-furnished deck. The en suite has a garden tub and a massive walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
