A 2.5 acre compound with a large 5B/5B house, on-site event space, host and chef, Willow Grove Estate is the perfect place for groups to enjoy our private property (with no one else around).

We are a short 5 minute drive to Main Street, perfect for a unique getaway without being too far from everything Downtown Fredericksburg has to offer.

ABOUT THE SPACE

The private home at Willow Grove Estate is a large 3,750 sq. ft. home. You’re greeted by a vaulted ceiling and double sided fireplace. There's a game room just off the living room that has a card table and TV for you to enjoy. The home’s kitchen features a large island with bar seating and 2 dining room tables large enough to fit your group.

Downstairs there are 2 large king suites and 1 queen suite. Upstairs you’ll find 2 completely separate, private queen suites. All of our rooms feature private bathrooms. We are able to accommodate up to 10 guests.

EXPERIENCES

The host of Willow Grove Estate makes memorable trips and experiences for the guests staying at the property. Ask about a champagne brunch, chef-cooked dinner, happy hour wine tasting, and more.

Willow Grove Estate’s event space, The Vino Venue, can accommodate up to 65 people and is licensed to operate like a private bar venue. Guests staying on the property can choose to rent this space for private group dinners, happy hours, and larger celebrations and parties.

Celebration weekend

Generally we had a great stay at this property with a group of friend for a long birthday weekend. The main house was excellent for 5 couples and Jeff was generally an attentive host. We had some issues settling arrangements for the “event venue” so I would recommend starting early and being extremely clear on terms and goals for the event. Our guests did have a wonderful time at my husbands birthday celebration as the meal and wine recommendations were excellent.

Great space for entertaining

We had a great time at the property. Jeff is a wonderful host. The home is clean. The layout works well for gatherings. We did not do heavy cooking in the kitchen- the kitchen is a bit bare so if you plan to cook, be sure to bring accessories you need. I’d book this space again for my business gatherings!

great weekend getaway

The house is very nice and accommodates a large group well. You feel like you are in the country but are close enough to get to all things Fredericksburg. The owner is very hospitable and made us feel at home. Would highly recommend.

Great place

Loved the place. It was perfect for 5 adult couples. Each room had its own bath and plenty of room. Jeff is a rockstar. Love the location! Just on the edge of town but only a few minutes from Main Street.
