The accommodation

In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy, Naturheilpraxis, doctor and dentist, so that the property can be used ideal for employees on time.

The property is located in the district of Huttenheim near Philippsburg. It is a relatively quiet place, which is located between Heidelberg and Karlsruhe.

Access for guests

Our guests have a fully furnished all the accommodation available, which is reached through the courtyard.

The apartment is on the first Floor above a post office, so of course there is a possibility on the fly letters and parcels abandon / pick. Tickets for the train can be purchased there as well!

Gladly my parents and I as contact persons are available at any time.

means of transport

is located very close to the station, which is about 8 minutes away from the property. From there go almost hourly trains to Karlsruhe and Mannheim.

The stop for the bus is at the church, which can be reached in about 5 minutes. The bus drives towards Philippsburg.

Almost on the doorstep, there is a stand for taxis, which can be called to the chosen number.

Other important information

Mondays and Tuesdays are welcome to be booked medical Chinese massages in our naturopathy practice, if there is interest. Please only time give notice!

They are carried out by Mrs Zhang Suli, who perceived their training at the China Reflexology Association in Shanghai.

house rules

I am addressing the provisions of the German Tenants' Association that general house rules for living together with several people formulated under one roof.

My guests, I only ask the patio / balcony to smoke and leave the apartment after moving in a proper condition, so that other guests may feel it well.

For insurance reasons, the door please always lock as soon as the post office has closed!
