Neat & clean but disappointing

Property was clean & newly painted. Did not have amenities listed such as hair dryer & coffee. Had to request entry code twice before receiving. No info packet at the property had to request wifi code via messaging & fire TV required pin that manager would not supply. No phone number for emergency contact! On the 2nd afternoon a full legnth mirror crashed to the floor in the hallway as I was closing the bathroom door. Hanger for mirror was insufficient for the size & bottom mounts bent causing mirror to fall, nothing in the property to clean it up with. Messaged manager & requested that they call (no call). After 1/2 hrs messaged again with pictures & again requested a call (yes I left my phone number in the message). After 20 minutes with no response messaged manager (did I mention they gave no phone number) and advised we were packing up & leaving for a hotel. Requested a refund & all I received was an automated response with the policy. Messaged again, still no response! The next day received a message about how nice we left the place (did I mention there was a shattered full length mirror all over the floor) & hoping we would give a 5 star rating...could they be serious. Once again I messaged & requested a call with no response. No refund, no call & I'll never stay with this property manager again!
