This family-friendly beach abode grants guests access to The Colonnades' shared amenities that include a hot tub, sauna, grilling area (propane and charcoal), outdoor shower, and so much more!

The spacious, private balcony offers picture-perfect views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, along with two Adirondack gliders, two Adirondacks and, and four bar stools, creating the perfect spot for meals al fresco! The living area is a great spot to unwind and rest after a fun-filled day at the beach (with private beach access) or the pool - it's furnished with comfortable sofas and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable and streaming services. The wet bar with a minibar and an ice maker is perfect in case someone decides to show off their bartender skills and prepare tasty cocktails and drinks. The kitchen is a delight and the chef of the group will fall in love with all the stainless steel appliances available.

Things to Know
Do not hang towels, clothes, or other materials from the balcony.
Pool/spa hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fitness room hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Spring Break Stay

This was a great place to stay. It was very spacious in the living area and each of the three bedrooms and bathrooms were great size. The master suite was great with the view to the balcony! The balcony was large and had a ton of seating. The condo was clean and the whole building and area in general were very nice. The pool was great, it wasn’t super busy, and it was very easy access to get to the beach. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it for anyone else!

Great condo but lacking a bit

The condo was beautiful, great location and was nicely decorated which is what I was looking for. The master shower did have mold on the tiles, but I guess that happens. The water/ice did not work on the refrigerator. There was a separate freezer just for ice, but we still used tap water from the sink to drink. There were a few things that have set other condos apart from this one. I use VRBO every year and I guess I have been spoiled, because this condo did not include any extras such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, plastic baggies, extra paper towels, extra toilet paper, cleaners such as sprays or disinfectants to clean the counters, beach towels ect. I have always loved renting condos and homes because it’s a home away from home. When renting this home, you do have to buy or bring all the above and more for your everyday use and I just wasn’t prepared to do that. Also the master bed was firm, so I did switch rooms with one of my kids and they too had a firm bed and my back was hurting after sleeping, but they did not have an issue, so maybe it’s because my back is older. The sheets and towels were low grade and the condo only came with a few towels per bathroom. I know this sounds picky, but I did spend close to $3,000 for 5 nights and expected more for my money. Like I said though, great location and nice open concept if that is what you are looking for.

Disappointed

Condo looked nice but repair/replacement is needed for appliances. Very poor quality towels and sheets. Very poor customer service. Stove hood didn’t work. Oven didn’t heat enough. Fridge had no water or ice. When I turned on the ice maker water leaked from the fridge. I called and talked to Vacasa and they put in a ticket. No one called or came by during the week we were there. We turned the water off ourselves to the fridge. Very unhappy with our stay.

The rooms were very updated and well kept. Rooms were very clean

Rented on line and everything was easy. They continually kept in contact as vacation dates got close. All instructions on room was sent before checking in and was very helpful
