The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, which converts into a double bed, a television, and a dining table that seats two guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine). A washing machine is also available.

Upstairs, the bedroom features a double bed (140x200) made with high-quality hotel linens. A wardrobe is provided for storing your belongings so you can feel right at home.

The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

You'll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest train station is Clichy - Levallois (line L), located just 10 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Orly and Charles-de-Gaulle airports are about a 40-minute drive away.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
