Tuscana Resort at Champions Gate is a beautiful gated Mediterranean-style community, conveniently located near Orlando’s top attractions. The condo has 3 spacious bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with a balcony view of the natural preserves. The full Kitchen has all the essential cooking utensils and has Samsung stainless steel appliances. Property is kids & pet friendly. A play pen is available, you just need to bring babies sheets and blankets. Enjoy staying in a one of a kind property. Our condo is in the building that is only 25 yards from the pool for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and activities.

Great find!

An older condo unit, so the carpet and other items looked a bit worn. This didn't impact the stay. It is well located and everything you would need was available plus more. We received excellent communication and solutions to the few items that needed addressing. Would stay here again!

Great location for relaxation.

The property was very clean. Plenty space for parking and the pool was awesome and big. My family and myself had a great time at the property. I will go back to this property and i really recommend it.

Family Vacation 2023

The property was excellent. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a great holiday. The location is within quick and easy reach of the main parks and tourist spots and there is a good range of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Kenneth was very quick to respond to our initial queries regarding access to pool area and gym. Definitely worth 5 stars.

I have been married to my wife Maria for over 20 years. She is from Colombia South America, and I am from Missouri. We have a 16 year of son Michael. One of our favorite things to do is travel and see new places and experience new cultures. We have stayed in short term rentals in United States, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panama, France and Spain. For this reason, we have a really good understanding of what a guest needs and we try to anticipate how to make their stay in our condo as enjoyable as possible from having everything a guest needs in our condo to feel like home to being available for questions our quests have about the area or things to do.
We have lived in the Tampa/Orlando area for over 20 years. I grew up in central Missouri and went to college at University of Missouri with a B.S. in Travel and Tourism. In my spare time I play ice hockey and so does our son. Maria and I like to watch movies together to unwind. We have a dog named Oreo and cat named Ford who go on our travels with us.

Why they chose this property

This is a resort style property with a resort pool with a hot tub and cabana's . there is also a kids pool for the little ones to play in. Our condo is in the building that is closest to the pool about 25 yards away. We are close to I-4 for easy on and off access to get to where you want to go. This property is close enough to Orlando to get to the Parks and other Orlando attractions within 1/2 hour but far enough away to allow easy access to other areas of Florida without all the traffic that is in the Orlando area.
