Located in the North Hill Historic district, this 1 bedroom, w/ living room, 1 bathroom apartment is a 3 minute drive from the heart of downtown Pensacola, and 10 minutes from Pensacola Beach and one hour from Destin Florida home of Crab Island.
Built in 1905, it still has a lot of its old charm but is equipped with modern amenities you could need for a relaxing vacation including a optional accessible fully equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer on location, and heating and A/C.

Cancelled less than 20 min before checkin

We arrived to Pensacola super early the morning of checkin. Housekeeping reached out to us the night before asking when we would arrive and if we would have pets. We informed them that the 4pm checkin time was fine with no pets. We spend the entire day waiting around for checkin information so we could better plan our day. I reached out to the host about 30 minutes before our checkin time. It was at that point that we were told our room was double booked and we asked for a refund. We did receive the rerun, but spent an hour in Starbucks scrambling for a hotel that had any availability. We then paid an astronomical price for that hotel due to it being last minute. Would definitely avoid booking!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication

The owner was extremely slow in responding to our text messages. Our bed broke the first night. Owner didn't respond til the next day. Said he would replace our bed but never did. We slept on the mattress on the floor both nights. Some or all of our money should be reimbursed.
