Good base in Whittier

Good, comfortable 1BR 1BA unit in very nice neighborhood. Comfortable bed, functional bathroom, decent kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets, comfortable seating. Inconveniences: key lockbox jammed, (night time) outdoor light bulb out, kitchen counter too tiny for both food and dishwashing, no hooks or shelves in bathroom, chipped mugs. Also, Vrbo charged a couple dollars more per night than initially displayed. Overall, was a decent experience, but not the best.

Weekend in LA

Cute guest unit in a beautiful area of Downtown Whittier, CA. 1 bedroom as listed, served its purpose for my husband, toddler and I. Fully stocked dishes and full sized fridge, high speed internet and cable with all the channels. Modern design. My favorite part about this visit was waking up to walk the neighborhood, grabbing breakfast over off Hadley and Greenleaf. The unit is surrounded by historic homes and fruit trees. It was a good central location to pick Downtown Whittier as a landing spot since we were everywhere from Disneyland to Hollywood and Azusa all weekend! Thanks, Host

Convenient, Clean and Cozy

Great place that is walkable to anything Uptown Whittier. It is also blocks away from Turnbull Canyon trail. The place is a private and comfortable space to relax after a day out and about. The host was responsive and accommodating making last minute changes easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.
