The house in which these 1, 2 and 3-room apartments are located in the newly built district of the seaside resort Karl Hagen in the near beach area.   The apartments in the centrally located property offer ample space ..   Each apartment has a large balcony, except the ground floor apartment, this has a terrace to the parking lot. Barbecues are not allowed on the balconies, on the terrace or on the premises.   For each apartment is a free parking (with bollard, about 8cm height folded) available. If you arrive with more than one vehicle, a limited number of additional parking spaces are available on request (please only by mail), for a fee.   You will feel comfortable in these apartments, so that the stay is pure from the first day. In the object you will find for a fee: -Fahrradverleih for the whole family Furthermore, you will find on the ground floor of the house dining, shops and the office of the accommodation service. The cottage is not suitable for guest groups under 25 years. We expressly point out that we attach importance to the well-being of the neighbors, to a correspondingly quiet living and mutual consideration.
