Gutshofhaus Nils - "GUTSHOFHÄUSER" Pendorf

The modern and very high quality furnished manor house Nils is quiet and offers 95 square meters of space for a maximum of 4 guests and a cot. On the ground floor you enter the house via a hallway with cloakroom and shoe cabinet. The light-filled living room has a large comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, coffee table, sideboard with flat screen TV, stereo with DVD player, telephone and Internet W-LAN. A stove in this room also provides a comfortable living atmosphere. From the living room leads onto the beautiful terrace with 4 garden chairs and table, sun loungers and charcoal grill. In the kitchen is a dining table with 4 chairs and highchair. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine (without dryer), coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Also on the ground floor is the guest bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. A staircase (secured with protective grids for small children) leads to the upper floor with two separate bedrooms. Each has comfortable double beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobes and a flat-screen TV. A small travel cot can be provided free of charge after registration.  Upon arrival your beds are already made and there are fresh towels ready for you. The bathroom upstairs is equipped with double vanity, toilet, sauna, large corner bath and walk-in XXL - shower.  For the house and its furnishings, only high quality materials were used, which are coordinated in color.      ������                                                                               

Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin with family Pendorf! We offer four beautiful and well-equipped manor houses (2-6 guests) on 2 or 3 levels with 2 to 3 bedrooms, fireplace and private sauna in a beautiful quiet village location with plenty of space for rest and relaxation. Our newly built manor houses from 2010 to 2011 - Antje, Jule, Thomas & Nils are located only about 800 meters from the fine sandy beach on the Baltic Sea and are located in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East Rügen. From here you have ideal opportunities for hiking in the adjacent beech forests of Granitz or to the beaches or Bodden. It is only 500 meters to the famous Selliner Wilhelmstraße with its unique spa architecture and international restaurants. The manor houses are modern equipped and offer the highest comfort and service for a relaxing holiday. Each of our houses is equipped with its own sauna and a wood-burning stove and offers internet wi-fi access. Further detailed information on the equipment can be found in the description of the individual houses.  On the grounds of our manor houses there is a small children's playground and parking. For your brought bikes is a garaging available. It is only about 150 meters to the public transport bus stop. Of course, our four-legged friends are welcome in our holiday homes and in Villa Emma.
