The 23 m² apartment (ground floor) in the leafy courtyard consists of a combined living room / bedroom, TV, kitchen and shower / WC. Outdoor sitting area.
Welcome!Arielle Appartements are located in the heart of Warnemünde and are centrally located. It is a 5-minute walk to the Alter Strom with many shops and breakfast options and 10 minutes to the beach. The apartments are between 23 and 43 m² in size, very comfortably furnished and have either a balcony or an outdoor seating area in the lovingly landscaped courtyard garden. Washer and dryer can be used for a fee. Smoking in the house and pets are not allowed. We always try to arrange a parking space for you. Please call us. Public parking available against Angel in the immediate vicinity deposit 20% of the total price within 7 days of booking on account, balance 4 weeks before arrival on the account. Arrival between 12 and 14 o'clock - only after arrangement by telephone; Departure until 10 o'clock in our street is currently a construction site in the sporadically between Monday and Friday is worked. For this reason, there is a construction site discount (calculated in the booking).
Arrivals are possible from 12:00 to 14:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
