Welcome to our 103 m² large bungalow House in the Prince of Putbus. The 2014 completed recently decorated holiday home is surrounded by 1100 m² large open grounds with shrubs, lawn and flowers. The cozy, country-style house is set up so that families as well as business travelers or small groups feel at home. With its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living area is enough space for up to 6 people. The single-storey building is continuously accessible and can therefore be described as age appropriate. The stove and the floor heating we offer a pleasant stay all year. The private outdoor area with separate terrace offers among others the possibility to round off the BBQ the day. A car parking space and a lockable garaging for your bikes also belong to the plant. We do not charge any extra costs for a final cleaning - we ask our guests to hand over the apartment swept and we thank you for that.

Our 103 square meter cottage, we have furnished in modern country house style and 2014 completed. It is located in the traffic-calmed area, but not far from the train station and the city center on a separate plot. The all-day sun-drenched house is built at ground level and continuously accessible. You are welcome to sit out on the adjoining terrace in the countryside and relax. The holiday home has 4 rooms which are divided into 2 adults bedroom, 1 children's bedroom and a spacious living area. Furthermore include a shower room / WC, a bath / WC and a layer adjacent to the living area open plan kitchen to our lovingly furnished holiday home. All our rooms are equipped with high quality tiles or laminate and have floor heating. All rooms are decorated mostly with solid wood furniture. The children's bedroom has a bunk bed and desk. In the adult bedrooms with double beds with quality mattresses excellent Schlafcomfort. The heart of the house is the living area with a flat-screen TV, satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player and cozy fireplace. Technically also includes the use of the wireless network to its facilities. Adjacent leaves the open-plan kitchen nothing to be desired. It has an oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker and kettle. One advantage of the bungalow holiday home are the two separate bathrooms. The larger bathroom has a bath, toilet and hairdryer. This rather small bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. It is to make a problem for us a cot or high chair available. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
