This cozy two-room apartment offers a sunny living room with seating area and dining table. The integrated into the living room kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, oven, etc. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and ample closet space and the windows are fitted with fly screens and shutters. A terrace in south / west orientation is ready for use. A parking space is located on the property.

The newly built "Villa Steffi" welcomes you in the center of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. This friendly holiday home offers cozy, modern furnished and bright apartments in which you can look forward to an appealing and comfortable living environment during your holiday. You can walk to the beach about 550m from here and pass several restaurants and cafés. You can buy food in the immediate vicinity after about 150m. There are at the intersection to the main road also the "bakery Müller" and "Dodis Pommernstube", a quaint restaurant in the GDR style of the 70s-80s with delicious, good bourgeois cuisine. There are also short distances to public transport - a bus stop is only 50 meters from the villa. The next stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB) can be reached after about 600m. You can park your own or rented bicycles on a large covered bicycle rack at the side of the main entrance. Each apartment is 1 parking space available on the property. Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. Since the network is provided by the telecom, we have no influence on the reception and the speed. Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Leider war das Wetter nicht schön. Hätte das Wetter mit gespielt wäre es sich ganz doll gewesen.

Eine freundliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist freundlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 200 m. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Labahnstr., wenn knatternde Motorräder die Ruhe stören, sowie der Anliegerverkehr wegen der Hinterbauung. USEDOM allgemein: Die desolate Radfahrerstruktur im Hinterland, schlechte Radwege und mangelhafte Ausschilderung. Wir werden trotzdem wiederkommen.
