Apartment No. 5 2.5 rooms, first floor + attic balcony - south facing (furnished) approx. 51 square meters The apartment No. 5 offers everything you expect from a beautiful, relaxing holiday. 3x cable flat screen TV, radio, DVD / CD player, free of charge. W-LAN, safe, outside shutters and design floor. High quality fittings provide plenty of storage space. The new high quality kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. Sufficient cookware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, attractive dinnerware, cutlery, and various types of glasses are also available. In the loft is a bedroom with a new box spring double bed (1.80 m), and a small. Bedroom with a second box spring bed (1.60m). The Velux window is equipped with an external blind (with remote control) for darkening. All fittings and furniture are new since 2018. The modern shower room / WC completes the apartment. Have breakfast on the south-facing balcony or enjoy the evening sun after an eventful day. Of course you can also use the large garden with beach chairs. A numbered parking space belongs to your apartment.

Klein aber fein

Beide Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine Schiebetür getrennt , das 2. Schlafzimmer ist nur durch das 1. Schlafzimmer begehbar. Und somit eher für Familien geeignet weniger für Freunde.

Schöner Sylt Urlaub

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung war sauber und gepflegt. Die Duschekabine ist leider nicht voll funnktionsfähig und sollte repariert oder getauscht werden. Der Weg zum Strand und zur Innenstadt war wie beschrieben.
