The lovingly and comfortably furnished 45 sqm 2 bedroom apartment located on the ground floor and is suitable for 2-4 persons. In the living room you will find a comfortable couch, which simultaneously the extra bed for the 3rd and 4th Person represents. The open full kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave etc .. At the dining table in the open living area space for family meals. The furnished balcony is from the living room accessible and promises relaxing hours of sun outdoors. The bedroom is equipped with a new box spring bed (180x200) and enough wardrobe space. The private bathrooms feature a bathtub with shower screen and sink / toilet. A parking space located in the underground garage (entrance height 2 m) and is the apartment assigned. Bicycles can be like to insinuate in the garage. Washer and dryer are available in the cellar to use.

The Villa Bansini located in a residential complex consisting of several houses. In each of these houses there are four apartments. Quiet in the center and not far from the sandy beach, Villa Bansini. The house is just a short walk from the promenade. Tolle Lage und schöne Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einfach super und die Wohnung ist auch sehr schön. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Tolle Lage,sauber,gemütlich und modern

Wir haben uns in unserem urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Lage war zentral, strandnah und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen.Die Tiefgagrage mit dem dazugehörigen Stellplatz ist notwendig sinnvoll und praktisch,aber mit einem größeren Auto ist das Parken dort nicht so einfach. Auch der Fahrradkeller war spitze. Wir empfehlen es gern weiter.
