Beautiful historic 1920s era home close by the desirable College Hill area. Walking distance 15-20 minutes to Wesley Medical Center and Revolutsia container plaza, close proximity to Ascension via Christie, VA hospital, WSU, and closely surrounding by numerous local eateries and local boutiques. The house is 8 to 10 minutes away from downtown area and hosted many girls get together, bridal showers, and family visits. The tree lined streets either directions from the house are perfect for long walks to unwind after a long day. Easy access to highway 400 and I-135. Base pricing is for 5 people and can accommodate up to 9 total.

Short term rental was introduced to us in 2015 by one of our close friend who is also a host in Wichita. Like many people we were skeptical opening our home to travelers initially; however, we felt we have gained so much more since 2015. It allowed us to become humble, compassionate, and appreciative what humanity has to offer.
Don't worry! We are not nosy hosts we don't care to probe for information for personal gains, but rather we enjoy great conversations and crave for our guests' life experiences. Only if you would like to share.
Jerry is now working for us fulltime! We currently have 10 other properties in town to provide short term stay in the central and northeast of Wichita. He now does repairs and setup for our rentals. Beside working constantly for us, he enjoys traveling, gym, obstacle races, gardening, landscaping, pond, and outdoor activities.
Winnie works for local bridal store in downtown on weekend, and full time Pfizer chemist during the week. Full time short term host managing reservation and guests' needs. She also enjoy take on design and repair challenges for Jerry. She loves real estate, entrepreneurial pod cast, true crime, ghost stories, yoga, and minimal exercise!
We are passionate hosts, we started from one listing out of our basement to multiple listing operating from three different homes with private rooms to entire house. We have hosted many guests here for adoption, contractors, energy techs, surrogacy, traveling nurses, oil refinery workers, and families. We can't wait to host you and all your travel needs!

Why they chose this property
This is an awesome property! When we first entered the house we fell in love immediately with the ceiling wood planks. Felt the hugs by the warm color of the vintage floor and the unique layout of the house. The house had a carport was falling apart in the back and we made it into extra parking for guests. The roof and the back sliding door was replaced this year to better serve our guests. This is def a great space for family small or large to hang out and we can't wait for you to enjoy!
