Lovingly renovated villa from the Wilhelminian style in a quiet side street of Kölpinsee. The villa now houses seven studios and apartments of various sizes. Kölpinsee is located directly on the narrow isthmus between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser and thus forms a perfect starting point for both bathing and nature holidays on the island of Usedom.

Villa Daheim

So wie es auf der Internetseite beschrieben ist, war auch die Ferienwohnung. Es fehlten lediglich einige Haushaltsgerätschaften wie ein Kehrblech, ein Wäschetrockner und eine Bratpfanne - ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Die 500 m zum Strand sind für Familien auch gut erreichbar.
