The cozy 2-bedroom apartment is on the third OG of 2016 resulting residence directly on the church square. This modern property has a lift connecting you to our apartment easily. Enjoy some wonderful holidays on the balcony with garden furniture and in the modern and comfortably furnished apartment. The fully equipped open kitchen with dining area and the living area with high-quality leather sofa bed and TV ensure a pleasant atmosphere. The bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony, and the modern bathroom with daylight complete the upscale amenities of our apartment. At this apartment includes a parking space at the Technology Park. For the first time we take guests on from July 2016th Be a / r of / the first people staying here.

Tolle und helle Wohnung, sehr zentral

Der Check-in klappte reibungslos und die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns in der Woche super wohl gefühlt. Und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. ...und mit Fahrstuhl! Allerdings haben wir den kostenlosen Parkplatz nicht angenommen, der eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß weg ist. Wir haben bei Frau Weiland nebenan einen Parkplatz vorab telefonisch gebucht. So konnten wir eher spontan mit dem Auto z.B. nach Rostock, ohne vorher einen langen Fußmarsch (leichte Gehbehinderung) zu machen. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen wollen. Unsere Empfehlung auf jeden Fall volle Punktzahl!
