APARTMENT 1 Basement Kitchen: Here you will find everything you need for cooking, baking and feasting. The kitchen has an oven, electric cooker (ceramic hob), a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. In the kitchen up to 12 people can be seated at a large table, highchairs can be provided on request. The kitchen is equipped for up to 12 people. Bathroom: The large bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. The washer and dryer provide even more comfort for a longer stay. A separate guest toilet is also part of the lower apartment. Living room: The large living room with access to the partially covered terrace is well equipped. A digital satellite TV with DVD player make rainy days forget. Board games and a small library with books and DVD are also included. A spacious seating area provides space for the cozy seating rounds and discussions. Thanks to the direct access to the garden terrace, a barbecue party can take place at the same time!  Bedroom: The three twin bedrooms are comfortably furnished. A large bedroom has direct access to the garden through a French window. Living environment: A beautiful garden with a partially covered terrace, a separate seating area are available for use. A charcoal grill is also part of the home equipment. A campfire site makes tent camp romantic spread. Sauna: shared with apartment 2. On cold days, guests will find a large, comfortable sauna in the basement. It can accommodate up to 4 people (berths). The use of the sauna is subject to a charge (coin dispenser - 2.00 € / 30 minutes) Game room: Shared with apartment 2. For soccer fans there is a large kicker table in a separate room in the basement - there is nothing in the way of a football tournament under the roof! LARGE GROUPS, Apartment 1 can be shared with Apartment 2 in the guesthouse Feldmann. The Gästehaus Feldmann can accommodate groups (family or friends) up to 12 people. 

The guesthouse Feldmann is the peasantry Moorlage near the Dortmund-Ems canal, directly on a cycle path. The quiet, rural location offers recreation for young and old alike.   At about 190 m² living space on two floors with an apartment is for up to 12 people (total) space. The apartments can be shared and separately. A large garden offers plenty of space to play and celebrations. A public playground with football field in about 100 m distance can be used by guests. On cold days, the resort features a large sauna. For the football fans is the game room (basement) a large table football - a football tournament under the roof nothing stands in the way! A Bobby Car and Trample executor invite to wild race on the grass and the yard one! A large garden trampoline provides a safe place to romp. The house has a wireless internet connection.   Also the varied tourist offer leaves no room for boredom. The ball fans have at their disposal two extraordinary attractions: Football Golf Emsland in Heitel and SwinGolf Mehringer Heide in Emsbüren-Mehringen. In bad weather, the Emsflower (nursery with adventure park) in Emsbüren invites numerous attractions under roof. A show garden adventure park with a restaurant, an indoor playground for the little ones and a butterfly garden bring back the sun. The region's cycling enthusiast asks for a well-developed cycle path network with many premium bike paths. The joggers and walkers will find a quiet, natural field and forest paths.   Also watersports Great ends the southern Emsland much to ask with the natural Ems and the Dortmund-Ems Canal. Canoeing, swimming, splashing around: everything is possible. The numerous fun pools in the region ask for evasion even in bad weather. Numerous farm cafés with local cuisine and modern restaurants complete the offer in the area.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
