Situated on a beautiful location near the forest of LAATSCH, is the House. From here you enjoy a fantastic view towards Reschenpass and Meran. Both in summer and in winter this is an ideal starting point for various activities. The house is decorated rustic-cozy over 200jährig and two floors. On the ground floor there are Arvenstübli / living room, dining room, kitchen with direct access to the patio with pergola, barbecue and lawn, and a toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a shower / WC. There is also a direct access to the car park. Many sports facilities leave nothing to be desired: Hiking: 200 km of marked trails in Sesvenna- and Ortlergebiet, Stelvio National Park, the Swiss National Park. Beautiful Waalwege. Cycling: 150 km signposted bike path network in the triangle Italy-Austria, Switzerland. Mountain bike: many challenging bike tours. Leisure / Recreation: bathing and wellness facility, tennis Malles. Outdoor pool in Prad. Kite surfing, sailing, rowing on the Reschensee. Mini Golf, Horse Riding in St. Valentin. Skiing: Snow-covered ski areas in the immediate vicinity. Watles, Haideralm, Schöneben, Nauders.

Meraviglie e carenze

Splendida posizione, ottime dotazioni, eccellente zona giorno, esperienza da ripetere. Qualche rilievo specifico per la zona notte, con le camere troppo ristrette e la carenza di mobili per il posizionamento dei bagagli. E se è superabile il problema di una sola doccia a disposizione, ciò che manca del tutto è almeno un bidet per le pulizie intime, ed una lavatrice.

casa situata in posizione strategica per panorama , servizi e vicinanza a qualsisi altro paese della valle o accesso ai sentieri. molto funzionale e spaziosa. persino ampia cantina per le biciclette e terrazza coperta con barbeque. una settimana favolosa tra sentieri e bicicletta con la quale da casa si raggiungono tutti i percorsi x famiglie o da mountai bike. vacanza davvero splendida, nn da meno il tempo soleggiato
