The land of the landlord is located near the forest, to the Baltic Sea beach it is through the coastal forest about 10 minutes walk, to Achterwasser about 15 minutes. In the vicinity there is the rehabilitation clinic, the train station, restaurants, shopping market (Aldi, Edeka), medical practice and dental practice as well as a bicycle rental.

Bungalow:
The bungalow is located on the property of the landlord and has a well-maintained equipment with shower / WC, mini kitchen (2-plate electric stove, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker) and a combined living room. This is equipped with TV, radio, double bed, sofa and dining table. Suitable for 2 persons. Bed linen is included, towels are required. The bungalow has a terrace with garden furniture. A parking space is available on the property. (Please children only from 12 years) Smoking is only allowed on the terrace not in the bungalow!
