About this property

Villa Maria welcomes you for a holiday in absolute peace and quiet with a beautiful swimming pool. This wonderful house in the middle of nature belongs to the municipality of Alcudia, one of the most beautiful villages in the world. Moreover, it is only a few kilometres away from the beach of Alcudia, famous for its kilometres of white sand and turquoise waters. Alcudia has numerous restaurants, small shops with local products and many supermarkets.

The well-kept swimming pool of 4 x 8 metres (which is also child-safe) is surrounded by greenery, with a sun lounger area and a wonderful sun terrace which is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing in a peaceful and paradisiacal environment.

The house is connected to the outside through a porch furnished with a table and chairs for 6 people where you can enjoy meals and dinners outdoors, as well as a large barbecue perfect for gatherings with family or friends.
Furthermore, the house has a living-dining room and a very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (two of them with two single beds each, and one with a double bed) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub). Furthermore, on the first floor there is a large balcony with a beautiful view of the nature.

Quiet natural environment, good house, but could have some renovation

It was a good stay and very close to Alcudia's old town, still well out, in a quiet rural setting with plenty of nature around, and no neighbors. The house is okay and had all that we needed, offers a decent stay for a family, but it is also a little less fresh and more used than it looks in the pictures.

Fair house

The house was ok but not what we expected to be honest. The staging on the pictures didn’t meet the reality. One disappointment was that the pool was in the back side of the house and that you had to walk around the house to get to it. No access from inside the house. At the front of the house was where you would spend your evenings but lounge furnitures was missing, just a dining table. All furnitures outside were plastics with old pads that seem it best days. No umbrellas at all but one was delivered after we asked for it. Inside it smelled like the house had been closed for some time but after a few days it was ok. Ac worked well in all bedrooms. We had some issues with the water but there was a prompt solution to all that which was good.

Preis/Leistung Top!! Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Nachbarn weit weg, sodass man auch mal etwas lauter sein kann. Die Ausstattung ist top und es ist wirklich schön! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Maison très bien située

La maison est très calme mais aussi très proche d'Alcudia et de Pollenca. Par contre, les photos mettent en valeur la maison. Un des problèmes est que la piscine est derrière la maison si bien qu'il faut traverser l'alée pour y aller. C'est dommage!! Ca devrait être précisé
