Grandioser Ausblick und schöne Villa

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Villa verbracht; entgegen anderer Bewertungen hat die Klimaanlage bei uns dauerhaft funktioniert und einen sehr guten Dienst erbracht. Die Aufteilung und Aussicht vom Garten und aus dem Innenraum sind schon sehr eindrucksvoll. Ja - einige Teile der Gartenmöbel haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich - für uns hat es aber der Menge nach gereicht. Ansonsten ist aber alles für einen entspannten Urlaub vorhanden. Danke auch nochmals an die Verwalter vor Ort: perfekter Check-in und bei Rückfragen sofort erreichbar.

Luxus Villa oder der Versuch eine zu sein

Die Statik im Haus lässt zu wünschen übrig, viele Wände kaputt, es bröckelt von den Wänden herunter, Metallgeländer im Haus verrostet, Küche teilweise defekt, keine Steckdosen im Außenbereich, kein Licht im Pool, eine große Baustelle neben an, die Zufahrt zur Garage - für nicht wirklich geschulte Fahrer - aussichtslos. Sehr preiswerte, veraltete Gartenmöbel, Tresor nicht funktioniert, Klimaanlage immer wieder ausgefallen. Dementsprechend die Vermutung, die dem Anschein nach aussehende „Luxus Villa“ ist ein Renditeobjekt um Touristen anzulocken. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, unsere Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool, aber unter diesen Umständen würden wir dieses Objekt zu diesem Preis nicht mehr mieten.

Amazing house that brought out my cleaning OCD in spades! Nevertheless my family and I couldn’t have wished for more.... great house, great views, great holiday.

Great property in a wonderful location.

A modern and contemporary property in a quiet, peaceful location. The property had everything as described and lived up to our expectations. There had been thunderstorms the day before we arrived which caused some of the electrics to trip, however the issue was sorted straightaway at an unsociable hour and without fuss. My only comment would be that some extra seating is required in the living room area to accommodate up to 8 people. Aside from that, I couldn't recommend the property anymore and we will no doubt be making future bookings.
