Good location. Quiet neighborhood. I would only recommend cutting the yard and adding a wine opener lol will be returning.

Dirty and disorganized

We had to rearrange flights after making the reservation, because the unit had been double-booked on another website. The day of arrival, we waited nearly 30 mins outside of the unit in the dark because the keypad code and check-in email were never sent. The floors were dirty and there were dead cockroaches in kitchen. There was black mold in the shower, the windows filthy, and the blinds broken. There was some sort of sticky substance smeared on the dresser. I had to ask for the cleaning fee to be refunded. The second day the internet was turned off, the third day the gas company left a notice of disconnection due to non-payment and then the water was shut off later that day. The "property manager" then showed up unannounced and proceeded to give details of the owner's divorce as excuse for the issues. I asked that half the amount be refunded, but they thought a third was more appropriate. Those problems aside, the furniture and decor is likely the cheapest available if not pulled directly from a dumpster. This unit should not be rented for more than $60/night.

Double booked and I had no where to stay

I drove all day (12 hrs) to come visit my son on naval base. Got to location only to open door and get halfway in and was greeted by a dog ( thankfully friendly). There were bags and clothes in bedroom like someone was staying there. Called owner who said it had been double booked and this had happened a few other times in past month. This is something owner should have been on top of if it had been happening previously. This left me scrambling to find somewhere else to stay on short notice which took several hours after I had been driving all day. Totally unacceptable!!!! If the dog had not been friendly or the other occupant was there and was startled things could have gone really badly.
