In a beautiful, quiet location between the Baltic Sea beach and backwaters is the seaside Ückeritz. The seaside resort Ückeritz is today one of the four known amber baths on the island of Usedom. Here you will find peace and relaxation, on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach or on the popular Achterwasser with its small marina. Ückeritz has several restaurants, shops (Edeka-Aldimarkt), train station, bank, general practitioner and dental practice and a rehabilitation clinic. For cycling is Ückeritz an ideal starting point, a bicycle rental company is in place. Also fishing and water sports fans come here in Ückeritz at their expense, because there are the fishing ponds and a sailing school sailing on Achterwasser.
