Why they chose this property
This home was purchased because it offered us an opportunity to live on this beautiful property while still offering the privacy and amenities our guests can enjoy. Our guests are always surprised at how private the home feels because it is situation on an elevated 3 city lot knoll. This area is unique because it offers geothermal water sources which provide endless hot water to the homes in the area and our home boasts a kidney shaped pool and waterfall spa that benefit from this feature.
What makes this property unique
Our beautiful kidney shaped salt water pool is geothermally heated to over100 degrees in the winter months. Our guests enjoy so many amenities and spaces they are always surprised by the affordability and privacy of this vacation home. In the summer of 2023 we will also be offering onsite spa services with adequate notice and we continue to upgrade and improve the property as we receive constructive suggestions from our guests. Our goal is to give Klamath Falls a unique and affordable micro retreat that you would normally only see in larger cities.
