Welcome to this attractive 100m2 town house with 90m2 garden planted with trees. Parking spaces are available in the streets surrounding the house.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this 2-storey townhouse has been entirely renovated and designed with your absolute comfort in mind.
On the first floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room with decorative fireplace and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. On the second and top floor, you'll find two further bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. Outside, you'll find an outdoor living room, a hanging chair and a barbecue to enjoy sunny days.
In the living room, you'll find a sofa, coffee table, TV stand and TV with WIFI box.
The independent kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. It includes all the kitchen utensils and appliances you need to feel at home: hob, hood, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker. A dining table with seats is also available in this area.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room adjoining the kitchen. You'll also find a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with double beds and a shower room. On the top floor, you'll also find two double bedrooms and a shower room. Each room has its own storage space, as well as an office area with seating.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle easily and free of charge in the streets surrounding the accommodation. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours.
