About this property

Chac Ha is a light and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with high ceilings and plenty of windows to let in light and breeze. My listing is on the top floor and is ideal for couples, families, friends, and business travelers. The view from the living area and balcony is of community pool area, grounds, and golf course. The master bedroom features a large closet, and an on-suite bathroom. Your comfort will be maximized by zoned A/C in each room. The luxury kitchen is spacious, efficient, and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes. The shared spaces include a magnificent pool with a small section for children, as well as gorgeous landscape, a golf course, and wildlife.

The Neighborhood:
Chac-Ha is part of the private Playacar development, which also features a shopping center, a bird sanctuary, numerous resorts, condos, and luxury villas. The beach is merely a 10 minute walk away, and there are various pathways to explore the luscious jungle.

There is one private parking space available if you arrive by car.

Beautiful property

The property was everything we were wanting. The location was fantastic - 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The area was very safe and getting to Playa Del Carmen was a 15 minute walk or one could always easily access taxis across the street in front of The Reef Resort. Rocio, the property manager, was excellent and responded quickly to any of our inquiries. Would definitely return.
