FEELING TIP SEA in Prominence on 30A is a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhome with all of the comfort and conveniences of home. A 6-SEATER GOLF CART is included during your stay (must be 25 to operate with signed waiver) as well as 5 bikes (one intended for a smaller child). FEELING TIP SEA is well suited for gathering with family and friends due to its open floor plan. The living room boasts ample seating with the kitchen and dining area nearby. A great feature of the home is the patio off of the living room allowing for an additional gathering area. Additionally, the first floor includes a half bathroom and full size washer and dryer.

TRANSPORTATION
- Street legal golf cart (must be 25 to operate with signed waiver)The golf cart is primarily to be used to get to the beach access, Deer Lake State Park, or The Big Chill. The communities of Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest no longer allow for golf carts in their communities. The cart will not make it to Seaside and back on a single charge. The dedicated GC parking in Seaside is extremely limited. Please plan accordingly.
- Bikes are popular on 30A! 5 are included with this property. If more are needed, a discount code at a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.

OutdoorShower provides an initial starter kit of amenities for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner. Additionally, some laundry pods for those properties with onsite washers and dryers. Owners may provide additional amenities.

Families will certainly enjoy the close proximity to the amazing Prominence community amenities. The 5,000 sq. ft. pool is surrounded by a large pool deck and a fitness room nearby. Prominence is directly across 30A from The Big Chill, where you can enjoy food, shops and entertainment.

*Note - a separate golf cart waiver will be sent after booking. Drivers' licenses and proof of insurance is required prior to receiving the golf card lock box code. Note you must be 25 or older with a valid drivers license to operate the cart. $500 fine applies to underaged drivers. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
