This excellent location features 1-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, including a luxurious walk-in shower.

Located in Kapalua Bay Villas, this unit offers expansive outdoor green-space and picturesque ocean views facing the neighboring island of Molokai. Just steps away from Ironwoods and Oneloa Beach, excellent dining accommodations, and the world-renowned Kapalua Coastal Trail. The ground floor layout creates a seamless indoor to outdoor experience. This gated community offers free parking and boasts over 16 acres of lush Hawaiian landscape, as well as 3 pools, designated BBQ areas and a tennis court.

The spacious, extended space living room features a 7-piece sectional sofa, comfortable twin daybed, and a brand new built-in entertainment center with a 65-inch LG Smart TV, bluetooth enabled Vizio sound bar, and plenty of storage. Sectional seating features independent adjustable backrests for a choice of seat depths. The living room is spacious enough to additionally accommodate one queen inflatable mattress if needed. This corner condo is encompassed by floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for stunning ocean views and access to a private back patio.

We recommend up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably with a King bed in the master bedroom, Twin daybed in the living room, a Queen air mattress, & an exceptionably comfortable sectional sofa available. Because it is only a one bedroom, we recommend a combination of 2 adults and 4 children, 3 adults and 3 children, or 5 adults but not recommended for more than 5 adults unless you are okay with the 6th adult sleeping on the couch (which is still comfortable!).

The master bedroom is a peaceful tropical oasis with a brand new Stearns & Foster king mattress, Noorbrook bedroom set, TV, and large corner windows that lead to beautiful palm views and a private master patio. The newly remodeled master bathroom offers a luxuriously large walk-in shower with rain shower head + extension arm, dual vanities, and a spacious master closet.

This unit is fully stocked with starter supplies and offers all of the convenience you will need during your stay with complimentary high-speed Wi-fi and cable, central AC, newly added recess lighting, and a washer and dryer in the unit. In the front closet you will find plenty of storage space and beach amenities such as a beach wagon, a small portable cooler, umbrella, beach chairs and towels.

The chef of your group will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and all new stainless steel appliances. Ample cabinets & counter space are included. The dining table is perfect for sharing family-style meals. For the coffee/tea lovers, there is a brand new single-cup Keurig machine as well as a large coffee pot for busy work-from-home days.

Kapalua Bay Villas is an upscale gated community surrounded by hiking trails, and is just a stroll away from Kapalua Bay Beach and the Montage Resort. Kapalua area in West Maui offers championship golf courses, fine dining, walking/hiking paths, shopping, tennis, spa (located at the Montage Resort and the Ritz Carlton Resort), nearby zip-lining, and several bays and beaches great for snorkeling, surfing, exploring and relaxation.

Guest access:
Parking is on-site and free. Renting a car is the easiest way to get around Maui. Kapalua resort offers complimentary shuttle services around the Kapalua resort area. If you need transfers from/to the airport or anywhere outside the Kapalua Resort area, please arrange a taxi service. The County of Maui has bus services in the area. Uber is non-reliable but you can always call local Taxi service if needed.

Other things to note:
Kapalua Bay Villas guests do not have access to the recreational pools in Montage and Ritz Carlton, however you can enjoy their bar and dining facilities. Montage resort offers complimentary use of the spa amenities including the outside spa pool with a spa treatment over a certain value. Please inquire at Spa Montage directly.
