Our house is located in the heart of Pyla-sur-Mer, between the Moulleau and Abatilles districts. Set in the heart of nature on a 900m² plot, you'll enjoy a quiet, residential and unspoilt setting, with a lovely high view over the pine forest.

Our 170 square-meter house has 6 bedrooms: 3 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 2 single beds that can form a 180cm bed, and 1 independent mezzanine bedroom with 1 single bed, for a total of 11 beds.

The house also includes 1 children's play area upstairs, 1 large bathroom, a master suite with en-suite shower room and toilet, a large, bright living/dining room and a functional, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine) with direct access to one of the terraces. The house also features beautifully landscaped outdoor areas with 3 terraces (south, west and north) planted with trees, so you can enjoy the sunshine throughout your stay.
