Location, Location, Location! This home is situated one block from the EXPO center at the Tulsa Fairgrounds, less than a mile from Tulsa University, and is a short 8 minute drive to the happenings at the BOK Center, Cain's Ballroom, the Blue Dome district, Brady Arts area downtown. Cherry Street District is within 2 miles.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable visit in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/1 bath NON SMOKING house with privacy fenced back yard with chiminea, outdoor grill. There is an occupied attached garage apartment, and the tenant shares the laundry room.

The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds; comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The warm and inviting living room is furnished with a full sofa, a recliner and oversized chair, a large screen tv, and Wi-Fi included. Snuggle in with the gas fireplace for a wonderful cozy atmosphere in the winter. The cheerful kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all appliances, dishes, pots and pans and utensils, and cookware, towels, napkins, etc. Dishwasher, electric stovetop and oven, side by side refrigerator, and pantry make for ease of cooking and entertaining. The dining room has a gathering table that seats six and is a great place to play cards, games, etc. The front deck is next to a delightful small pond and makes a peaceful place to start or end your day with your favorite beverage.

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Guthrie Green, the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino, the Red Bud Valley Nature Preserve, Gilcrease and Philbrook Museums, The Woody Guthrie Center and the wonderful eclectic shopping districts along Cherry Street and Brookside. The new 45 acre GATHERING PLACE park has opened along Riverside and is the largest private park donated in history!

Pet friendly, with a three car wide driveway. Trailer would fit if needed. Pets must be approved in advance, and pet fee charged when paying.

We have inherited this home away from home from the previous beloved host, and we will continue to preserve and operate in a manner befitting her legacy and memory.

Perfect family stay

Perfect location for Expo Center

The location is ideal for anyone who has an event at the Expo Center. The owner was always available by phone for any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels, linens, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
