This beautiful 2 bed 2 bath home in Silver Shores is just a few clicks away! Come and enjoy island living at its finest. This community has it all; Large swimming pool, community center, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard and more! 

The home is fully equipped with everything you would need to make this place feel like your home away from home. The kitchen is completely stocked with all necessities such as pots, pans, and utensils. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a nice cup of coffee on your screened in patio or take a stroll down to the water all within this wonderful community. This home also comes with a golf cart for your use within the community to make getting around that much easier! If your out on the water and manage to bring in some fish, there is a weber grill waiting for you to fire it up and cook your own catch. This home has just about everything you would need to enjoy a few months down in paradise and we are looking forward to hosting your stay!

Silver Shores is a 55 and up community, with a 90 night minimum stay, please inquire before booking. There is a $300 non-refundable application fee to stay in Silver Shores. This must be submitted and approved for your stay to be finalized and can take up to 3 weeks to be approved. This process can be expedited for an extra $100.

This home has a 90 night minimum stay requirement. Your booking will be denied and/or canceled if you book for less than 90 nights.
