Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

Let us introduce you to your home away from home during your stay in Texas. You’ll truly be able to relax in the coziness of this inviting home. Set on a corner lot, the charming brick exterior and luscious front lawn and landscaping provide the perfect welcome as you pull up and unload your car. Inside, the open-concept space has great flow and the large windows allow tons of natural light to stream in. You will love the gorgeous interior design, with great furniture, beautiful décor, and amazing light fixtures.

You’ll have plenty of room to accommodate your family or small group of friends. The 5 bedrooms offer tons of space and are equipped with lovely furniture and comfy linens, perfect for getting a good night’s rest. We’ve made every effort to ensure the rooms are soothing and relaxing. Beautiful tiles and countertops cover the 2.5 full bathrooms, finished with lovely modern upgrades. The private master suite is located on the main floor and features a relaxing jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities.

The ideal place to gather as a group will be in the large living area. It features a beautiful modern design with vibrant pops of color. Lounge on the luxurious furniture as you reminisce, make plans, play games, or just chit-chat. The amazing kitchen offers tons of cupboards to store snacks and ingredients and offers ample space on the granite countertops. You’ll have built-in appliances and a large island with barstools to enjoy your meals at. Whether you’re having takeout or cooking up your own meal, you’ll have everything you need in this fully loaded kitchen. The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located in the Westchester neighborhood of Grand Prairie, your vacation home will be just 25 minutes away from DFW Airport and downtown Dallas. You’ll have easy access to both Dallas and Fort Worth on either side. Drive about 20 minutes in either direction and you’ll hit Joe Pool Lake and Mountain Creek Lake. We’re right in the center of it all!

In addition to the many amazing Dallas attractions, you’ll be within minutes of several other great family attractions, including some right here in Grand Prairie. Shop awesome deals at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets just 10 minutes away. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is a great time for the whole family, and if you’re visiting during the holiday season, the Prairie Lights display is a must-see, both just 10 minutes away. Check out who’s playing at The Theatre at Grand Prairie, our live concert hall; be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum; pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys — all under 20 minutes away. We’re also just a 15-minute drive away from the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★

No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
