Our apartment Setzberg has a size of 49sqm, is located on the ground floor on the south-west side and has a terrace. The living room has a dining table (height 0.70 m) and two armchairs with a small table, and a kitchenette with a wheelchair-accessible sink (accessible height 0.70 m, height sink 0.85 m). The double bed in the bedroom is separable and one side is possible as a nursing bed. The bed is electrically height adjustable, and the slatted frame is electrically adjustable in several positions. In one of the two closets there is a clothes rail with handle to pull down.  Bathroom with shower / WC (toilet seat height 0,47m). In the shower there is a handrail over corner (height 0.85m) with hinged shower chair (seat height 0.45m) with backrest, the toilet has on both sides a hinged support grab bar (height lower bar 0.70 m, upper bar 0.85 m) , as well as the washbasin on both sides handles (left a support grab bar with height 0.70 m / 0.85 m and a fixed handle on the right in 0,90m height). A toilet increase would be possible, which we have in the house and can therefore mount at short notice. The apartments on the ground floor are barrier-free and wheelchair accessible according to DIN standard 18040. In addition, there is a disabled toilet with changing facilities for all guests and visitors in the entrance area. There is also a barrier-free WC and two barrier-free showers in the wellness and health area in the basement.

Experience a family atmosphere to feel comfortable with modern comfort for families, seniors and people with disabilities, even pets are welcome. On the ground floor two barrier-free, wheelchair-accessible apartments with a terrace were created, which are also suitable for guests with care needs. All other apartments with spacious, mostly floor-level showers, low allergen Venyl floors, new kitchenettes and flat screens can be reached by lift. Our coffee-tea bar on the ground floor is always at your disposal and tea is free. We buy the coffee from the coffee roastery Dinzler. We also offer massages, beauty treatments and pedicure, please ask for detailed information. For breakfast we serve you the coffee on the sun terrace or in your apartment. In the evening you can comfortably enjoy a glass of wine in the fireplace room. In our Andreas-Stüberl and in the sunny Cafe-Stüberl we also serve our guests. Whether coffee and cake, a Bavarian snack or hearty from the grill, there are many possibilities, please speak your wishes before booking with us.
