The living room features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV, perfect for relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster… A washing machine is also available.

The dining area seats up to four guests around a cozy table.

The main bedroom includes a king-size bed (180x200), a TV, and a desk. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children. All beds are made with high-quality hotel-grade linens. Storage spaces are available to make you feel right at home.

The bathroom features a sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
