Newly renovated 3 bedroom residential home with free parking on premises. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, 7 mins from Churchill downs, 7 min from airport & KY fair expo, less than 15 mins from downtown.
Family friendly, clean, new floors, paints, upgraded kitchen and bathroom, large fenced yard to relax.

This hidden gem has everything you need for your time away from home. Spacious living room with smart TV & internet connection, fully equipped kitchen with dinning, large primary bedroom with queen bed and storage, second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom can be used as an office or bedroom.

Guest have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement.

We now have exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of our home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

Beds was not comfortable

House was clean and modernized. It only had two beds front bed was as hard as rock, back bed wasn’t to bad. Middle bedroom had a chair that turn into a small bed wasnt comfortable. Tv in the family room would not turn off (had to plug & unplug). Bathroom sink drain was clogged.

Cozy Little House

Nice little house, with up to date appliances. Great place to stay that gives you more space than a hotel.

Not bad

The property had problems bathroom sink was clogged, couch held up by bricks on one leg. One bedroom bed wasn’t made with sheets. Remodel wasn’t completely finished such as floor trim. Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work or water dispenser. Asked for an extra night before arriving and was charged more than advertised.
