About this property

Our house is located in the Konzen district of Monschau in a quiet location about 4 km from the city center.
In our listed building there are three apartments.
We gave this apartment the name "a Schartmann".
It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is equipped with a kitchen and adjoining living room. There are 4 double bedrooms. Each bedroom has a separate shower / toilet. A sofa bed can be added in two bedrooms.
The apartment has a balcony with garden furniture.
There is enough parking space right by the house.
We are happy to provide our garage for motorcycles and bicycles.
We heat our apartment with a modern pellet and solar heating.
There is a climbing frame in the garden for our little guests.

Hervorragend geeignet für mehrere Einzelpersonen

Die vier separaten Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad waren für uns hervorragend geeignet, um uns zurückziehen zu können. Die Küche war als Versammlungsort geräumig und hell, die Dachterrasse himmlisch. Toll war der Standort des Quartiers als Ausgangspunkt für wunderbare Wanderungen (direkt am Kaiser-Karl-Weg) und Ausflüge. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend.

Ruhige Lage - gemütliches entspannen

Absolut ruhige Lage, sehr nette Besitzer. Jedes Zimmer mit WC und Dusche, ist ein Luxus. Gemeinsame Küche war perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend. Freisitz vorhanden wurde aufgrund des Familienprogramms nicht genutzt... Leider ist das Internet sehr langsam gewesen.

angenehmer ruhiger Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung
