The space
This exclusive penthouse unit consists of a big living space of approximately 1,200 sq. ft. This completely renovated loft includes 2 (private) bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 sofa beds. This unit has been fitted with "Bois-Franc" flooring and a genuine brick wall in order to reflect the neighbourhood's rustic charm. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

Bedroom 1: Premium King size bed + fully renovated bathroom (shower, toilet/sink)
Bedroom 2: Premium Queen size bed

1 additional separate bathroom (toilet/sink).

Your loft includes the following:
- Unlimited high-speed internet connection (wi-fi);
- Personal telephone line;
- 55" Smart LED TV (including Netflix access);
- Nespresso® Coffee Machine (capsules included)
- Toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditionner);

Private parking is available ($25 per day) and is located behind the building. Unlimited access and camera surveillance included.

Noisy Location-near Bars/Restaurants

Location is across from bar/restaurant, people were out in the streets partying until 1:00am NOISY. POOR COMMUNICATION with Bakan, took 15-20 emails, phone calls to get our TV working. Asked for compensation as we paid for full working amenities. I'm still "waiting" to hear back. However, the place was large, nicely appointed, and clean, and priced well.
