Located on the 5ᵉ floor with elevator, this bright and well-appointed studio is perfect for a comfortable stay close to Paris. It comprises:

A sleeping area equipped with a sofa bed (120x200).
👉 Instructions for unfolding: tilt the seat until the backrest goes horizontal, then raise the seat until you hear a click. Then lower the seat to the horizontal position. (Remember to move the sofa away from the wall for easy opening).
A fully-equipped kitchen for independent meal preparation.
A functional bathroom.
A cosy lounge to relax in after a day out.

A freely accessible coworking space on the building's first floor, ideal for telecommuting travelers.
👉 “Coworking space” door located on the left at the end of the hall. Accessible Monday to Friday, 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm.

Access to the laundry in the building:
👉 Door “Laundry access” just before the elevators on the first floor.
👉 Machines available every day from 7am to 10pm (€3 for washing machine, €2 for dryer).
