About this property

This cottage sits on the water at the mouth of the Kennebec with amazing views across to Popham Beach and to Fort Popham. Baypoint is cute lobstering village at the end of secluded Georgetown Island. Half-tide dock requires carrying kayak a few feet at low tide (boots provided). Kayaks from seaspraykayaking can be delivered to cottage. Gorgeous deck for afternoon drinks and sunset dinners. If you see a window you want to rent send a message.
